Dr. Alicia Cain
Dr. Alicia Cain is the founder and driving force behind The Empeccable Company. A native New Yorker, she graduated from Tennessee State University and Meharry Medical College before serving on the faculty at prestigious institutions including Howard University School of Medicine and Columbia University.

In addition to publishing The Empeccable Magazine, running her medical practice, and creating the Wig Phoenix Machine©, Dr. Cain firmly believes representation matters. After witnessing the barrage of negative images and lack of multifaceted stories depicting African American excellence in media, she launched this platform. Her aim is to reshape narratives by showcasing inspirational yet overlooked success stories that motivate and uplift.

Dr. Cain is changing the world one Empeccable Magazine edition at a time by highlighting African American achievement across industries as a powerful tool to inspire future generations.
